Losing a baby is one of the most heartbreaking and isolating experiences a parent can endure. The profound grief that follows such a loss can be overwhelming, with a sense of emptiness and an emotional weight that can feel impossible to carry. In these moments of profound sorrow, it can feel as though the world has shifted in a way that is hard to comprehend, leaving parents feeling lost and alone in their grief. "Grief Support 101" is a compassionate and supportive workshop specifically designed for parents who have recently experienced the unimaginable pain of losing a baby, whether during pregnancy or shortly after birth. Through guided discussions and expert-led insights, participants will learn supportive ways to navigate their grief, address the emotional and relational challenges it brings, and connect with others who have walked a similar path. In these difficult times, the workshop hopes to be a lifeline—an invitation to take small, compassionate steps forward in the midst of pain and to remind parents that they are not alone in their grief.
