Finding Yourself After Loss Retreat
For bereaved mothers at least one year out from their loss, seeking reconnection with self and life
Grief changes us, and in time, we may feel called to explore who we are becoming. This retreat is a space for bereaved mothers who have done some grief work and are ready to reconnect—with their bodies, hearts, and the world around them. In a community of those who understand, you’ll have the opportunity to move, reflect, create, and remember, all while making space for love, laughter, and lightness alongside your grief.
What to Expect:
A unique annual theme guiding, offering fresh opportunities for exploration each year.
Movement, nature time, and somatic practices to reconnect with your body
Self-exploration through art, journaling, and reflective practices
Good food, nourishing care, and moments of levity
Sacred space to remember your baby while rediscovering yourself
A balance of deep connection, grief, love, laughter, and community
